FTX Customers' Claims Against Silvergate Bank Allowed to Proceed

Bloomberg Law reported on the March 20, 2024 order in Bhatia v. Silvergate Bank, No. 3:23-cv-01406 (S.D. Cal.), in which Judge Ruth Bermudez Montenegro allowed claims by FTX customers against Silvergate to proceed past the motion to dismiss. Reiser Law was among co-counsel for one of the plaintiffs.
