Reiser Law, P.C. ("Reiser Law," "we," or "us") operates www.reiserlaw.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and a description of your matter.

Information collected automatically. Our website platform, Squarespace, automatically collects limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used for site operation, security, and aggregate traffic statistics. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential representation (including checking for conflicts of interest), operate, secure, and improve the Site, and comply with our legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only as follows: with service providers that host the Site, process form submissions, or provide email and technology services to us, who may use it only to provide those services; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or rules of professional conduct, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of our practice.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Contacting us through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have confirmed in writing that we represent you.

Cookies and Do Not Track

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, although some features of the Site may not work properly. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and as required by law and our professional obligations.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through the Site by contacting us as described below, subject to our legal and professional obligations to retain certain records. California residents may request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures.
