Hard Rock Hotel Will Pay $51M to Settle Condo-Hotel Sales Class Action

Top Class Actions reported that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California preliminarily approved a $51 million class settlement in Beaver v. Tarsadia Hotels, No. 3:11-cv-01842, brought by buyers of condominium-hotel units at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Michael J. Reiser of Reiser Law, P.C. was among class counsel.
